Payment terms:

• Project-based services may require a deposit prior to commencement.
• Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
VERAVIONEX reserves the right to revise pricing with reasonable notice. Updated pricing will not affect already confirmed agreements unless mutually agreed.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased:
• Subscription services may be canceled at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Project-based services are refundable only if work has not yet commenced.
• Customized advisory services are non-refundable once delivery has begun.
Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase. VERAVIONEX evaluates requests on a case-by-case basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VERAVIONEX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim within the preceding twelve (12) months.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement in accordance with its contractual notice period. VERAVIONEX may suspend or terminate access immediately in cases of breach, misuse, or unlawful activity.
Upon termination:
• Outstanding fees remain payable.
• Access to subscription-based platforms will cease.
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
All content, materials, branding elements, and proprietary methodologies displayed on veravionex.live are the intellectual property of VERAVIONEX unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which VERAVIONEX is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within that jurisdiction.
